What Personal Data We Take?
This Statement applies to Personal Data that you provide to us and to potential third party service providers when using our Services or applications software (including email notifications sent to and from). Personal Date may include person or entity name, email, address, phone number, government issued identification documents (such as a driver’s license or other documents to verify your identity), country of origin information, financial information, descriptions of good, scope of services requested to introduce you with the potential third party logistic service providers or other service providers, as the case maybe. We may store transaction documents that may include some Personal Data of signatories or business contacts.
Use of Personal Data by FORCEGET
Forceget requires you to register in order to receive information and or interact with Forceget and third party logistic service provider on other Forceget service platforms. FORCEGET uses forms to generate e-mails, which are then used to submit registration information, inquiries and other business processes. Upon registration, you become valid members of Forceget network to submit your requests. On the Network, you are assigned one login IDs and password that will enable you to access the Network and to submit your requests. Forceget and/or third party logistic service provider, as the case maybe, may use Personal Data for the following purposes in relation to:
a. To facilitate the payment with the financial institutions while processing your payments through;
b. Enhance use of the Services and its related web pages;
c. Perform internal tracking and improvement;
d. Enable the Forceget to contact you;
e. Process requested transactions through the Network including document creation and transmission of messages.
Any data collected through FORCEGET is for the purpose of facilitating the provision of the service at respective third party logistic provider’s end and for processing the agreed transaction relevant to the respective third party logistic provider. Forceget is an intermediary in collecting the data for you and third party logistic provider and is a data processor under the privacy laws.
Data integrity And Disclosure to Third Parties
Forceget does not provide your Personal Data to third parties, except as provided herein:
a. Such disclosure is necessary to process transactions for providing the applicable services and introducing or selecting potential third party logistic provider;
b. Forceget is required to do so by law or regulation, or in response to a request from a law enforcement or governmental agency or authority or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
We do not share, sell or rent user’s personally identifiable information to third parties. Forceget will not share or distribute any user information with third parties except as provided under this Policy Statement.
Will the Personal Data be transferred Outside EU region?
Forceget has affiliates and third-party logistic service providers within as well as outside of the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). Forceget operates the Solution using data centers located mainly in the United States. However, Personal Data may be transferred to and from the United States, other operation locations and Forceget’s authorized service providers, if any. These terms shall apply to Forceget’s provision of services in all data centers. EEA Considerations – While processing the Personal Data transfer the Personal Data to (or access the Personal Data from) countries outside of the EEA including to such countries in which are not recognized to have adequate data protection as per the provisions of GDPR. In such cases, the transfer occurs in accordance with the regulations of GDPR and by executing Standard Contractual Clauses (as per to EU Commission Decision 87/2010/EC) provided under the Data Protection Addendum.
How long the Personal Data will be stored?
Where your Personal Data is used and processed as permitted by law or under your consent, it will be stored only for as long as is required to fulfil the purposes set out under this Policy Statement or until you object to Forceget’ use of your Personal Data or until you withdraw your consent. However, if required under any law or regulations if Forceget is required to retain data for longer period then Forceget shall retain the Personal Data for such longer period.
