What is ecommerce logistics?
Ecommerce logistics is everything that moves the stock behind an online order: freight from the factory, customs, storage in a warehouse, and picking, packing and shipping orders to customers or into marketplaces like Amazon. Forceget runs the whole chain, from freight and customs to warehousing and fulfillment.
Which countries do you ship from?
We move ocean and air freight from suppliers around the world, including China, Vietnam, India and Europe, clear it through US customs, and deliver it to our warehouses or straight into Amazon FBA.
What if my stock is already in the US or in FBA?
We arrange the transfer in, whether it sits at a port, with another 3PL or in Amazon FBA, and count it on arrival.
Can Forceget help me avoid Amazon placement fees?
Yes. We receive your container into our US warehouses and deliver it to the fulfillment centers Amazon nominates, in the splits Amazon asks for, so the placement fee for a single-destination shipment does not arise. Our guide to Amazon placement fees in 2026 shows the rates.
Do you handle returns?
Yes. Returns are received, sorted, inspected, and either put back into sellable stock or set aside, and they are priced per unit so you can forecast them.
